1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and use of any review service ("Review") provided by Milestone ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a Review, you ("you", "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Our services
Milestone provides independent marketing reviews (Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers) covering areas of your marketing setup such as paid media, acquisition, and funnel performance, resulting in a tailored written review identifying areas for improvement. Where relevant, we may also introduce you to partners from our network, at your request and discretion.
Milestone does not execute marketing, design, or creative work. We provide independent review and, where requested, matchmaking services only.

3. Payment
3.1 Full payment is required at the point of booking, before any Review work begins. We do not offer instalment plans, deferred payment, or part-payment arrangements unless agreed in writing in advance.
3.2 By completing payment, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
3.3 All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Commencement and acknowledgment
4.1 By booking a Review, you expressly request that we begin work before the end of any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply.
4.2 Where you are contracting as a consumer rather than a business, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate commencement, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once work has begun, in accordance with those Regulations.

5. Refunds and cancellations
5.1 Once payment has been made and work on your Review has commenced, your booking is non-refundable, except as set out in clause 5.3.
5.2 If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations received before we have begun work on your Review may be considered for a refund at our discretion, less any administrative costs already incurred.
5.3 The only circumstance in which you are entitled to a full refund is where Milestone fails to deliver the Review you have booked and paid for. "Failure to deliver" means we do not provide you with the agreed written review output for your tier within a reasonable timeframe of the agreed delivery date, and have not remedied this within 14 days of written notice from you.
5.4 Dissatisfaction with the findings, conclusions, or recommendations contained in a delivered Review does not constitute failure to deliver, and does not entitle you to a refund. Milestone provides an independent, honest assessment; you engage us understanding that the outcome of that assessment cannot be guaranteed in advance.
5.5 Delays caused by you, including late provision of information, access, or responses needed for us to carry out the Review, do not entitle you to a refund and may extend the delivery timeframe accordingly.

6. Scope of the review
6.1 The scope of your Review is determined by the tier booked (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) as described on our website at the time of booking.
6.2 Any additional scope, channels, or areas of review beyond what is included in your tier may be chargeable as an additional fee, to be agreed before work begins.
6.3 We rely on the accuracy and completeness of information and access provided by you. We are not responsible for conclusions affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

7. Compliance disclaimer
Where a Review includes compliance flags or notes relating to licensing or market-specific advertising restrictions, these are provided as a general observation for your awareness and for your legal team's further review. They do not constitute formal legal or licensing advice, and Milestone accepts no liability for regulatory or licensing decisions made on the basis of them.

8. Partner matching
8.1 Where a Review results in an introduction to a partner from our network, Milestone acts solely as an independent introducer. We are not party to, and accept no liability for, any agreement, work, or outcome arising between you and any partner.
8.2 You are free to act on your Review using your own agency or internal team, and are under no obligation to engage a partner introduced by Milestone.

9. Limitation of liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milestone's total liability to you in connection with any Review is limited to the amount paid by you for that Review.
9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profit arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Review or any recommendations contained within it.

10. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us for the purpose of your Review as confidential, and will not share it outside Milestone except as necessary to deliver the service, including with a matched partner where you have requested an introduction.

11. Intellectual property
The written Review provided to you is for your own internal business use. Milestone retains ownership of its underlying methodology, templates, and scoring frameworks.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
